NYFW, Take 4

I am truly in fashion overload😆😆The fashions being displayed during fashion week are nothing short of amazing!!! Today’s featured designers are none other than the fabolous Jason Wu for RTW and the the amazing Austin Scarlett!! Jason Wu never disappoints! I love the color palette for his Spring 2016 Collection. Jason understands a woman’s body and does a wonderful job of creating beautiful garments for that classic woman. Mr. Scarlett is all about the drama! I love how he constructs his beautifully made couture gowns. His collection is truly timeless!

I’ll have some Denim with my Peplem!

The peplum top is always a fun look. For this look, I paired a peplum top with a denim jean, added a belt and a colorful shoe for that added pop! You can’t really go wrong with the peplum look; pair it with jeans, pants, skirts, or whatever your fashion heart desire! Fashion is about expression and creativity😊

NYFW, Take 3

Well, it’s another amazing day in the world of fashion!!! My two featured designers today are Erin Fetherston for RTW and Angel Sanchez for bridal. Erin is bringing St. Tropes “shic” to the runway with this collection. Another girly collection that really plays on comfortable dresses, jumpsuits, and amazing cocktail dresses. I’m loving this collection! Angel Sanchez did not disappoint with his Spring bridal collection. It’s whimsical and just enough sexy combined to make some of the most stunning gowns this runway season!

NYFW, Take 2

Wow! It is truly difficult to narrow these features down to just two designers! There are some amazing collections being featured at New York Fashion Week. Today I went with Dior for RTW and Naeem Khan for bridal.

Dior…this collection is very girly and very classic and is very much for the everyday woman. Soft colors and Classic palates give this collection great balance

Transition Pieces

Have you ever had an event to go to after work and don’t have time to change clothes? Try transitioning your day look to a night look! Adding a blazer and simple jewelry is a great way to do this; after work, take the blazer off, change the jewelry and there you have it! You’re all ready for a night on the town without having to change your outfit!

Peplum, Please?

The peplum look is very in trend right now. It’s a versatile look that can be dressed up or down. I love my thrifted look as it gives a fun twist on the peplum dress.

Wedding Chronicles…Pt. 1

Who doesn’t love a good wedding?? I had the honor of attending my cousin’s wedding at the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, GA.  There are certain fashion wedding etiquettes you should be aware of when attending a wedding. If you are attending an after 5 affair, cocktail and black tie attire are appropriate. If attending a wedding that is before 5pm, cocktail or dressy afternoon attire is appropriate.
